1、该型分切机适合于分切PE、PP、PET,PVC等塑料薄膜，复合膜， 

膜，彩印膜。是薄膜、薄片二次加工以及彩印包装企业的理想机型。

2、整机由PLC集中控制（三矢量电机）并采用触摸屏人机界面对整机进行集中操作。

3、放卷采用启动刹车制动器，由PLC自动计算卷径实现自动涨力控制。

4、牵引控制由一台矢量变频电机驱动，实现恒线速度控制，并有xiao地隔断收放卷张力之间的相互影响。

5、收卷轴采用气涨轴收卷由二台矢量变频电机独立驱动，收卷张力控制，根据收卷直径，分切厚度，设定张力等参数，由PLC运算实现自动张力递增。（可选滑差气涨轴）

6、收卷轴压辊离合采用气动装置，压力大小通过调压阀控制，（压辊采用平推式）。

7、放卷装卸料采用气涨轴装卸料，气动锁紧，料卷气动升降，装卸料方便、效率高。

8、放卷EPC纠编装置搭配CCD影像传感器，可准确控制端面精度。

9、分切采用直刀分切装置，端面整齐，有边废料风送。（纸张需购置圆刀分切装置）

10、整机由同步带、同步轮为传动方式，执行与锁紧采用气动方式

11、牵引导辊：静平衡铝合金导辊，表面硬化处理 

12、系统具有启动缓冲、停车防松、计米定长，定速、卷径运算等分切功能。

13、系统具有完善的机、电、气一体化设计，并采用完备的防护措施。
