     1.主机采用变频电机，由矢量变频器实现闭环控制，速度正确，低中高速涂胶量均匀。
     2.放卷基才张力选用磁粉制动器控制精度
     3.放卷恒张力控制，加减速张力惯量补偿
     4.收卷采用变频电机，张力控制
     5.收卷长度或直径到达自动停机
     6.涂胶采用电磁伐针伐，流量计量泵自动控制，流量可自动调节，开机自动出胶，停机自动闭胶。
